After walking runways and gracing fashion campaigns worldwide, Cindy Crawford‘s 23-year-old model son Presley Gerber is celebrating his success by buying his very first home. On April 10, Dirt reported that Gerber closed on a stunning midcentury-style home in the Hollywood Hills for $3.4 million.

In the great room, the living room and dining room join seamlessly with a wood-burning fireplace right in the middle. In the eat-in kitchen, there’s an island perfect for cooking and a wide window to bring in some natural light from the outside.
In addition to a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a soaking tub in the bathroom, there are two other bedrooms that share a single bathroom between them. Speaking of bedrooms, this property also has an attached one-bed, one-bath guesthouse with a full kitchen and its very own entrance from outside.
On the outside of the home, there’s a heptagonal plunge pool surrounded by a concrete patio perfect for entertaining and sunbathing. Around the space, hedges and trees provide all the privacy Gerber could want from neighboring homes or nosy paparazzi.
